Request Support

A new order support request may be submitted directly online via the order status page. The requests available for a particular order may be found on the new request list, as shown below.

Request Cancellation

If your order has not shipped, a cancellation may be requested through the order status page, email or by phone. Please be advised that canceling certain types of orders may not be available and may be subject to fees (see Story Policy for details).  If your order has already shipped, please see the Returns section.
