International Shipping

We ship to Canada and globally across the world to all countries. All international packages shipped as D.D.U. "duties and taxes unpaid", and the VAT, duties and/or taxes are not predicted for your particular order. There can sometimes be an extra 1-5 day (estimated) delay due to import. For more information about your country's customs policies, please contact your local customs office or check their website. An invoice is not included inside of the box for international shipments.

Shipping Restrictions

Shipments that are going to P.O. Boxes, Military addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, or other non-consecutive states must use a U.S.P.S. (Domestic/USA) shipping method.

Tracking & Delivery

We ship insured and trackable. A tracking number will be provided via email once we send your order. We may require a signature upon delivery for high valued orders. 

Please allow up to 24 hours to see the first scan - Sometimes packages are not scanned by the shipping company and may not work right away. If there have been no shipping updates on your shipment after 7 business days after the ship date, please contact support for further help.

Shipments are delivered Monday through Friday, and for some methods on Saturday. Certain couriers don't deliver packages on national holidays. If you have any questions about shipping services or tracking a shipment, please contact the shipping couriers for further assistance.

Back-Orders

Due to the unexpected popularity of a particular item, your order may be temporarily delayed due to an item being on back-order; however, we will process your order as soon as the item becomes available. Since we are authorized retailers, if an item is back-ordered with our company, the delay is most likely nationwide with the manufacturer and other stores may experience the same delay.

If an item is delayed due to a back-order, we will notify you via email, and update your order status with the estimated availability date. The expected availability date is only an estimate and can be changed based on the current product availability. Accordingly, back ordered items may ship sooner or later than the estimated date provided. We fill all back-orders on a first-come-first-serve basis, and it is our priority to get your order to you as soon as possible.

Note: If there are multiple items in your order, the items which are available will ship immediately, and the back-ordered items will ship once they arrive. You will only be charged shipping once if this occurs.

Orders placed after 12 PM EST will begin processing the following business day. There are different processing times for different products before we can ship them, please view the processing times table for details.

Special Order Brands
Processing time for the following brands may take around 2-4 weeks.


Processing Notice:
  1. Processing times shown are estimates.
  2. The availability of a product is subject to change at any time.
  3. Certain brands may take longer than usual due to special orders from outside of the country.
  4. Business days exclude weekends and major USA holidays.
  5. Email notifications are sent if there are any issues which may require your attention. 
  6. Please allow 24hr for the estimated shipping date to be displayed on the order status page.
  7. Orders on hold are not considered processing.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If after tracking your shipment you suspect that the package may be lost, and has exceeded the timeframe which is usually expected for delivery, please first ensure that the package is not being held by the shipping courier for a required signature for delivery. In most cases, required signature services and information regarding failed delivery attempts will be displayed on the online tracking page on the shipping couriers' website.

If your package says it has been delivered and you have not received it, please contact support.

NOTE: For USPS shipments, please wait 7 days after the delivery date shown to submit an investigation request since the package may still arrive.

If your package is confirmed as lost with the shipping courier, we will go ahead and replace the order at no extra cost to you.

If the package arrives opened, tampered with or appears to be damaged due to mishandling by the shipping company, please hold on to the shipment for inspection and contact support immediately for further assistance. In many cases, the shipping company will need to verify the damage before approving a claim.
